Who I am
I grew up without many privileges, which fueled my drive to succeed. Born and raised in the Bay Area, I started at community college before earning my degree in Art Direction and Advertising from the Academy of Art University. Balancing work, school, and freelancing, I built the foundation for my career.
My journey took me from top creative agencies in LA— working on campaigns for AMC, Warner Bros., and top entertainment brands to Electronic Arts, where I contributed to AAA games like Battlefield and Star Wars. I then moved into tech, launching the first Oculus Quest at Meta, shaping Ads and Search at Google, and leading UX programs for Alexa at Amazon. Now, I drive UX program management in real estate tech.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for mentoring and coaching. I help students, career pivoters, and underrepresented professionals navigate tech, sharing insights to support the next generation of UX and tech leaders.
